Certification

The purpose of the WCLI certification program is to encourage dentists and dental professionals to continue their efforts in learning, practicing, researching, teaching and writing on the subject of laser dentistry

Associate Fellowship

Associate Fellowship Certification provides candidates with a basic understanding of laser physics, tissue interaction, characteristics of individual wavelengths, safety and regulatory issues, as well as an overview of clinical uses.

Level 1

Fellowship

Fellowship certification is the second level of certification from the WCLI. Candidates who successfully meet all requirements will have demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of lasers and their applications in dentistry, as well as a commitment to the advancement of laser dentistry.

Level 2

Mastership

Mastership Certification is the third level of certification from the WCLI. Candidates who successfully meet all requirements will have demonstrated an advanced knowledge of lasers and their applications in dentistry. Also, Mastership candidates will have demonstrated complete clinical expertise through case presentations of moderate and complex clinical cases to two examiners.
