Prof. Joseph Aranabat - Spain
Prof. Josep Arnabat i Dominguez earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Autonomous University of Barcelona in 1981. A couple of his accomplishments include: Medical Specialist in Stomatology from University of Barcelona and Doctor in Medicine and Surgery (PhD) from University of Barcelona.
Prof. Arnabat is a member of the Spanish Society of Periodontology, Spanish Society of Laser Odonto-Stomatology and World Federation for Lasers in Dentistry. He also has a Diplome Interuniversitaire European, les Lasers Medicaux 2001 He is a Professor of the Master degree program in Oral Surgery and Implantology in Dentistry School at the University of Barcelona, Spain and Co- Director at the Master laser in Dentistry EMDOLA (European Master Degree in Oral Laser Applications) University of Barcelona. Spain
Responsible for international relations of Dentistry School. Faculty of Medicine and Health of Science. He loves to practice with lasers and has 2 Private dental practice in Barcelona, Spain. As a professor he has collaborated in 6 dentistry books, 24 Publications in JCR-index dental Journals,14 Publications in Spanish Journals and has lectured in over 100 communications to national Congresses and over 40 at internationals Congresses.
Prof Arnabat belongs to several scientific societies as Member of the WFLD Past -Chairman of the European division (2012-14), founder of Spanish Society of Laser in Dentistry SELO and Past-President (2010-14), founder of Spanish Society of Oral Surgery, member of Spanish Society of Periodontology, and member of Spanish Society of Dental Prosthesis.
Dr. Arun Darbar - UK
Dr. Darbar has been in private practice for 21 years in the market town of Leighton Buzzard, England. He has been using lasers since 1989 and was the first dentist in England to use a Waterlase. A founder member of the WCLI he is also on the board of the ALD ,is an examiner for the standard and advanced proficiency and has had articles published in the Wavelengths magazine. He has presented internationally at laser societies such as ESOLA, WCLI, ALD, AALMS, NAALT and IALD. He has been using photobiomodulation concepts in his practice for the past 5 years. He is a Diplomate of WCMID and has a keen interest in occlusion and advanced restorative dentistry. He is dedicated to continual professional development and has trained many dentists in the use of the laser both from England and other countries.
Dr. Preety Desai - Canada
Preety Desai, BSc, DDS, Dip Periodontics, MSc Laser is the first Canadian periodontist implementing the all tissue laser into her periodontal practice since 2006. She has specialized in Periodontics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC Canada. She has an MSc Degree in Laser Dentistry from AALZ, Aachen University and Mastership at the WCLI. She pioneered and implemented the YSGG all tissue laser into all aspects of periodontal and implant surgery since 2006. She is clinical associate professor at University of British Columbia and is passionate about sharing her experience of the advantages laser technology into her specialty practice. Leading the Spear Study Club and multiple others, she has also lectured at the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration and enjoys sharing her experience with lasers and periodontics.
Dr. Rishita Jaju - USA
Dr. Rishita Jaju is an American Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She completed her dental education at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and she received specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital National Medical Center in Washington, DC. She continues to serve as a part-time clinical faculty at the hospital. Her experience in Laser Dentistry, has been honored with Mastership Certification by the WCLI and ALD.
Dr. Jaju is trusted by her colleagues and peers for her expertise in pediatric laser dentistry. She has helped improve the quality of life of her patients including infants as young as 2 days old, who are struggling with challenges of nursing due to lip or tongue-tie issues as well as children and adults with special healthcare or behavioral needs. She strives to see a twinkle in children’s eyes when they are able to have a pleasant and comfortable dental care. She strongly believes that no matter what the dental needs of a child, they can be accomplished with kindness, patience and dedication. Dr. Jaju’s quality dental care coupled with effective patient education is the recipe for a lifetime of happy, healthy and beautiful smiles. Dr. Issac Kably Mizrahi - Mexico
Dr Kably received his dental surgeon degree in the Universidad Tecnológica de México and attended the
postgraduate program at New York University College of Dentistry where he obtained his Endodontics
Certificate. Dr. Kably has been a private practitioner in endodontics for over 20 years, and he also received his mastership and MSc in lasers in dentistry from AALZ in Germany where he now lectures in booth programs internationally. He recently received the WCLI Mastership as well.

Dr. Ariel Savion - Israel
Ariel Savion is a board certified diplomate in oral Implantology (ICOI), and during study in oral Implantology at Frankfurt University, he received his “Mastership” and “Master of Science” in laser dentistry degree from Aachen University.
Dr. Savion a board member of the International Association Microscopic Dental Club that promotes microscopic dentistry worldwide. Dr. Savion is the owner of the “Savion Study Club”, a learning platform in “laser assisted microscopic surgery & dentistry”. In his private clinic, he focuses in laser assisted Implantology and aesthetic dentistry in a minimally invasive approach. Moreover, Dr. Savion is a dental photographer under microscopic magnification that highlights his passion and precision in the dental and surgical field.
Dr. Marina Polonsky - Canada
Dr. Marina Polonsky graduated from the University of Toronto, Canada in 1999, with the Dean’s Gold Medal of Achievement and maintains a private general practice in Ottawa, Canada, with focus on multi-disciplinary treatment utilizing lasers of different wavelengths.
Dr. Polonsky holds a Mastership with WCLI (World Clinical Laser Institute), Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry degree from RWTH University in Aachen, Germany. She is a recipient of Mastership Certificate with ALD (Academy of Laser Dentistry) and is a recognized member of the ALD Speaker Bureau. Dr. Polonsky is a founder of the Canadian Dental Laser Institute (CDLI), an organization dedicated to providing quality continuing education in Laser Dentistry in Canada. CDLI is the only ALD affiliated international study club in Canada.
Dr. Polonsky is actively involved in the educational aspect of dental laser technology by teaching laser safety courses, Diode and Erbium certification courses, as well as lecturing world-wide on laser-assisted dentistry. She is a key opinion leader (KOL) and a Clinical Mentor for Biolase Technologies Inc. and has been involved in the development of the newest all-tissue laser system, Waterlase Express. Dr. Polonsky is the author of multiple scientific papers, reviews and case reports on the uses of lasers in dentistry, she is the chief editor for JLAD (Journal of Laser-Assisted Dentistry) and a peer-reviewer for LIDS (Lasers in Dental Science) by Springer. Since 2017, Dr. Polonsky has become the Chief Editor of Laser Dentistry issue of the Oral Health Journal and is a member of the Executive Committee of Oral Health.
